Returns & Refunds
6. What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are unused, in their original packaging, and free of damage or stains.
7. What items are non-returnable?

Intimate or sanitary goods
Items marked as "final sale"
8. How do I return an item?

Securely package the item in its original packaging.

9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No! Returns are free, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
10. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
11. Can I return an item after 30 days?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

12. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide FREE shipping on all orders within the UK.
13. How long does shipping take?
Processing Time: 2-3 business days
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (depending on location within the UK)
14. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the UK. For international orders, please contact us to discuss shipping options.
15. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
16. What if I miss my delivery?
The courier will attempt redelivery or provide instructions for rescheduling.
17. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
18. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
19. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
