Track Your Order

To track your order, simply follow these steps:

    After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number along with a link to our courier’s tracking portal. This email will be sent to the address you provided when placing your order.
  2. Visit the Courier's Tracking Portal
    Click the tracking link in your email to visit the courier’s website. Enter your tracking number to see the status and estimated delivery date of your package. We work with trusted UK couriers such as:

  3. Real-Time Updates
    Once you've entered your tracking number, you'll receive real-time updates on the location and status of your delivery. You’ll be able to view when your package is out for delivery, when it’s been delivered, and any other relevant details about your order’s journey.

Delivery Status

Your tracking information will include one of the following delivery statuses:

  • Order Received: Your order has been received, and we’re preparing it for dispatch.
  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
  • In Transit: Your order is on its way to the delivery address.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is with the courier and will be delivered today.
  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered. Check your mailbox, porch, or doorstep for your order.
